DEFINITION & RATIONALE
These lessons are intended to provide students with a safe space to begin to explore challenging psychological issues and emotional self-awareness. Additinally, participants are encouraged to share their inner subjective experiences, and learn more about ordinarily taboo psychiatric. Students will explore with the themes of loneliness and alienation, as the different wasys of experiencing and reacting to emotional pain.
